Feeling relaxed
Feeling relaxed means your body and mind have let go of tension, so you can move, talk and think without hurrying.

What does feeling relaxed feel like?
Your shoulders come down from around your ears. You notice you’ve stopped checking the time, your sentences get slower, and you laugh more easily. People often feel most relaxed on the second day of a vacation, in a warm bath, or on a Sunday with no plans, once the week has finally worn off.
Is relaxed a feeling?
It’s both: a physical state, with loose muscles and slow breathing, and the feeling of ease that goes with it. The two usually travel together, though you can lie perfectly still and not feel relaxed at all.
In a sentence
