About Slow Days
A small website of free, calm tools for tired people who want permission to slow down.
Why it exists
Most apps are built to bring you back. They count your streaks, send you reminders and fill every pause with something new. Slow Days is built so you can leave. Open a tool, breathe for a minute, write one line, listen to the rain, then close the tab whenever you like.
What you’ll find here
The tools are grouped by what you might need. Calm is for settling your breath and your room. Reflect is for noticing what you think and feel. Remember is for small keepsakes about the day you were born and the days since.
Each one takes a few minutes and asks nothing of you.
What you can count on
- No account. You never need to sign up to use a tool.
- No scorekeeping. No tool counts how often you come back, and nothing is lost if you stay away.
- Your words stay with you. Anything you write or save here is kept in your own browser. It isn’t sent to us.
- Honesty about limits. These tools may help some people relax, but they aren’t treatment for anything. If you’re struggling, people who are there to listen can help.
Who makes Slow Days
Slow Days is an independent project run by one person. It grows slowly, one small tool at a time, and it’s made for the same reason you might be here: some days, everything moves too fast.
The slow letter
A monthly letter is on its way: a few quiet ideas, once a month, and nothing else. There’s nothing to sign up for yet.
